After our talk, I will suggest some possible coaching, consulting, or training options for you to think about. I may suggest bringing in one or more affiliate coaches, consultants, assessors or trainers in order to create a comprehensive coaching approach.

Executive Coaching

Transition Coaching
While I most frequently work with individuals privately on career transitions, transition coaching is a valuable benefit to employees who are retiring or leaving the organization. This coaching includes online self-paced courses and sessions with an experienced job search consultant who can assist in resume preparation and interviewing skills.

Leadership coaching may also be helpful with a seasoned manager who wants to adapt management styles to new organizational cultures or challenges.
Team Coaching
Teams can improve their engagement, productivity, collaboration and creativity with team coaching. This is effective for teams at all levels, from entry level to C-suite, and works especially well when leaders are simultaneously in individual coaching. I work with trained and certified team coaches who assess strengths and workstyles, facilitate team coaching, offer training.
