It involves noticing your thoughts, feelings, and surroundings, and being aware of the possibilities. Research shows working mindfully leads to better decisions, greater focus and productivity, less stress, better sleep, and more effective listening.

Anyone can learn to be more mindful. Our training program offerings range from a 1 hour training session that is effective for anyone, a group training/coaching program that meets 1-hour a week for 4 weeks, to 3 or 6 hour mindfulness retreats, all either in person or virtually. Join on your own, or invite your whole team to participate. You will leave refreshed, with simple tools to integrate into your business day.
